*The Premium Pass includes 3 special events: the Harbour Queen networking cruise event (limited to 175, register early) and 2 networking luncheon sessions including the Agency Showcase. All other (35+) regular sessions and events are open to all delegates.

Cancellation &Substitution Policy
Ticket holders may make delegatesubstitutions at no extra charge up to 7 business days before the start of theconference (up to May 6th, 2010). For delegate changes after May 6and before May 13th there will be a $50 administrative charge. Cancellationsmade prior to May 5th, 2010, will receive a refund less a 25% cancellation fee.Cancellations made on or after May 5, 2010, will not receive a refund. Therewill be no refunds for “no-show” registrants. Please note that whilespeaker and content changes are rare once the agenda is posted, conferenceorganizers reserve the right to change or cancel any individual sessionswithout prior notice.
